Typically a 2-speed pump operates at a 3-4 amp rate on low and 12 amp rate on high. The Circ-Master pump operates at a 0.35 amp rate which is approximately 85% more efficient. The Circ-Master pumps 80 gallons of water per minute at the daily cost equivalent as a 60 waft light bulb.
